LEAGUE TEAMS REGISTRATION

It is easiest to assign one league representative to enter all teams for the league.

1. Go to playbpa.com
2. In the top right corner, click on LOGIN
3. Click on Register as a NEW USER
4. Complete all the required fields – be sure to use a working email address
5. Click REGISTER
6. On the USER HOMEPAGE, click Team membership
7. On the Sanction Type dropdown menu, select YOUTH
8. On the Team Data
   1. Select the 2020-21 season
   2. For Team Name, include your city/league name at the beginning of each team and age at the end (i.e. Eastaboga Indians 8U)
   3. Division is Boys
   4. Program is Baseball
   5. Targeted Class is League
   6. Age is Age of the team
9. Team Contact Info – list the coach name and contact
10. Director Selection – Alabama and D. Lockridge
11. Check the box and hit submit
12. Go back to the USER HOMEPAGE and repeat the steps for each team in your league
13. When you complete all teams, email [email protected] with the total number of teams in each age group. You will receive an invoice for the total amount due for sanction fees.
14. You may also purchase insurance at the same time. Prices are $67 for 8U and younger, $71 for 9/10U, $75 for 11/12U. Insurance can be included on the same invoice if so desired.
